Meet Katy Rose, Integrated Coach
I love my family, and my life has been a very colourful tapestry so far. In a previous life I managed big corporate roles across multiple territories. I spent 10+ years with a swiss chocolate company, four years as regional director for YPO (Young Presidents Organisation), two years at Adidas in Dubai and believe in continued learning. I used to play Rachmaninoff in C Sharp Minor, I also played the trumpet. Once i scored the highest mark in my ballet school exam, but not only did i not realise it at the time, it ended up giving my life very little meaning.
Who am I now? I am a fully integrated coach, and have a unique ability to connect the corporate + coaching realm.
I am a firm believer of integrating one's head - heart - gut for greater alignment. You can experience your truth too!
